True that with the ETOPS-207, every sense-making commercial route is available in our days?

I mean, with ETOPS-207, 95% coverage of the earth is possible, and so, I would think that all routes, which makes sense to the airlines are possible. Am I right there (and i mean, probably the route Sydney - Sao Paulo could not be made with this ETOPS, because over the Pacific there are not much alternates), but is that really a route which would make sense to the airlines?!
