Can you leave a piece of real estate in a trust fund for your kids? Like a condo that once ur child turns 25 they own?

  1. yes, you can (and wise to do). You can set up a living trust for yourself (and all your assets, including the condo) and through the trust, set up the condo trust. To make everything legal (and simple), hire a living trust attorney to set everything up. It'll cost you a bit, but well worth it. In your trust, you can change it anytime you want, too, because you are in control. The trust attorney is the best first place to start. Sure, you can do things online, but nothing beats a face to face relationship with an attorney. (no, i'm not a lawyer, lol).
