Trvial Question - The Eyes?

Question

When you tilt your head/body upside down, imagine a handstand, you then see upside down..

if your eyeballs and sockets fell out, people can do this.. could you put them back in upside down, for permanent upside-down vision??

no as your brain ajusts the image so you can interpretated it better.

we all focus images we see on our retinas upside down anyway.

Doesn't your brain already see all images as upside down? So prob it would just adjust quite quickly
