ok i neeedddd 2 lose weight fast bc i want 2 b in gymnastics and cheerleading but if u knew my weight u would totally understand!

no rude answers and notin lyk gymnastucs and cheer is good exercise no rude ansers!

  1. you dont want to lose weight too quick..

    as a cheerleader and gymnast, you honestly dont need to be "skinny" to perform...it's a matter of skill...

    in cheerleading, flying isn't everything...you can always be a base/ backspotter etc...

    just run everyday-build up to eat...

    determine your calorie intake depending on your weight...

    weight isnt actually all important...it is how much muscle you have and how strong..

    even if you are skinny it doesnt automatically make you better...you can still suck...

    *don't do any fad diets...so bad for a cheerleader and gyymnast..if you want to have energy to perform stunts, you MUST have carbs..if you are young, then i don't support aktins or south beach diet, or any other for that matter at all..you are still growing and need all of the nutrients you need...

    try eating foods that are on the low glycemic index..

  2. The low carb diet is by far the fastest way to lose weight. You can lose over 15 pounds a month. Go to the Atkins website and read about the diet.
