Two summers ago I tried out for field hockey but I had to quit after a week because it was too much for my body. Every day after camp I would come home in pain but I loved it. I still love it. This year I want to try out again. I have a few questions:1.How do I get my body into shape?2.What kind of exercises should I do?3.Is there anything else you think I should do or know?Thanks in advance
