Trying out for lacrosse...any tips???

Question

I'm going to be a freshman this year and I'm going to try out for lacrosse. I've played lacrosse in gym class before so I know basic stuff. Last year 13 girls graduated so they are bumping up their JV team to Varsity and need 13 new players for JV.

I want to know what I should practice to impress the coach and hopefully make the team. Any specific things that you do a lot would be helpful...thanks!!

u should practice throwing and catching with both hands, shooting from different angles, cradling with both hands, picking up ground balls, and increasing ur speed

Me personally i have to always work on catching with my left hand and cradling with my left hand because that is not dominate hand.

But if u get down every thing really good u should make the team
