  1. First week or two it's hard, and the equipment takes some getting used to.

    After that, it's good.

make sure you can catch with you're hands (not your body), and make sure you can run and stop (for outs, ins, post, flags, etc. routes)

  2. ur slow

  3. Through my years of playing football there are three things I always lived by:  1. Be on time, 2. Pay attention, 3. Play like h**l when the coaches tell you to.  Coaches like to see someone who is trying hard.

You also will want to be in good shape.  Running long distances is great but you need to concentrate on short distances: 10-20 yards.  Work on routes and catching with your hands.  Don't worry too much about hitting the weights yet; but push-ups and sit-ups will build your strength.

  4. if you want to get the ball alot, go out for running back, or if you really want to be WR, and your tall , tell your QB to throw the ball high to you, if your short practice running and acellarating faster, by doing suicide drills, run to the ten yard line and back, then to the twenty and back and so on. also practice cutting left and right, and if you know the Qb toss the ball around with him before tryouts to get timing down, do out and in routes and posts. if you are tall practice fly routes and have someone cover you and practice jump balls, make sure you are aggresive on jump balls, unless there is a crowd of people trying to catch the ball, get behind them and try to catch the ball off a tip because most likely they are going to tip it behind them

  5. At your age there's not too much passing its more runnign and short shuffle passes. Maybe try to be a running back.

  6. first thing stay out of the air conditioner if you stay in youll get use to it and when you get into the heat youll get sick also youll be nervous the first time you tryout just do EVERYTHING the coach tells you to, pretty soon you will be an allstar.
