Trying to Close My Bulldog Broadband Account?

I was wondering if anyone as had issues with this company.

I called them a month ago to close the account, said it would be closed in about 8 days but its still active.

I have cancelled my direct debit with them but i will probably still get billed.

Wondering whats the best thing to do about this if they dont close my account.

  1. Oh we had sooo many problems with this company they did the same to me.

    You have too keep on at them . . took them 2 months to sort out =(

  2. Bulldog was taken over by Pipex, who in turn have been taken over by Tiscali. They're probably running round in circles trying to work out what they're supposed to be doing.
