Question:

Trying to Identify a water plant?

I was at a plant nursery today buying a water lily. In the same tub as the water lily was another really interesting plant that I would like to keep in mind for future ponds. The plant had small diamond shapped leaves that were connected to make a star shapped "pad" on the water. It has no flowers or buds. It was priced as a lily for $25.00 if that helps. Does anyone know what kind of plant this is?
