Trying to Locate Someone in schweinfurt, Bayern Germany?

Ive been tryin to locate someone by the name of Charles O. Collier. He is an U.S Army Sgt. stationed there in schweinfurt, Bayern Germany...He goes by the name of 'Cee' . Can anyone help me please............Thank You

If you know somebody that has an AKO (ARMY Knowledge Online) account.they can track him down like that.they would have to type in his name and it should give you his military e mail and his phone number.This is how i do it when i need to find somebody.
