Trying to become nicer and friendlier?

okay, i hav a lot of friends and all, but they say i can be mean a lot and they dont want to b around me when i am...and i feel really lonely, i try to be nice and a lot of my friends say i'm nice and hot but i'm mean and annoying. this year, i'm gonna try to be nicer and less bothersome. plz comment some helpful tips, i feel so lonely sometimes and my girlfriend just moved. :(

plz tell me good ways to be nice and friendlier.
