Question:

Trying to call Philipines number?

I'm trying to call a number in the Philipines, but don't know if there is an area code or numbers missing, like when looking at a US number that omits the 1 before the rest. EX 800-x*x-xxxx, but you dial 1-800-x*x-x*x.

The number is: 629229838017

If anyone could tell me what's missing, I'd appreciate it.

  1. Your number looks incorrect: it should be 63922.... because the country code for the Philippines is 63. So if you're in the US you should dial: 011 (US exit code) + 63 922.... If you're in Europe replace 011 with 00. This looks like a Filipino cell number so make sure you know the rates for calls to cell phones as they are higher.

  2. If you are in the US dial 011 (the country code) first.

    as in 011629229838017
