Trying to conceive 6 months?

Question

my husband and i have been trying to conceive for 6 months. we took last month off, as it was becoming too stressful for us. it was a nice break.. but now we're back to TTC.

i've been using the CBE fertility kit. i also have been charting my BBT.

my husband and i talked about it, and decided to do it the old fashion way. just have s*x more often. so here's my question. should we "baby dance" every other day OR every two days??

Every other day would be good if its not too stressful but having s*x every two days is also good because sperm can survive up to 72 hours. Good luck and tons of baby dust!

Once every 2-3 days is the best.  Alot of times the stress of TTC is the only thing to stop it from happening.  I tried for 6 months and got no where.  The 7th month I took a break and just decided to let things happen and they did.  There is one other thing I did different though.  I started using preseed.  It is sperm friendly lubricant and it really worked for us.  I got pregnant on the second cycle using it.  Good luck & I hope you get your BFP soon :)

Every other day... sperm is not as strong oif you are trying all of the time. Good Luck!

we did everyother day so his swimmers can reproduce and we got our BFP this month, i know it s a emtional rollar coaster, but hang in there, we went on vacation  thats when we conceive....

I know how you feel. We have been trying for 16 months and no luck yet. Although luckily we have a 4 year old son thank God. But I think the best is every other day, I know it's hard but the last person that answered said the swimmers need to be replenished and that is true. Too much s*x is not beneficial and the day you ovulate the s***n may not have as many sperm, and at that any good ones. Good Luck to you also!
