Trying to conceive how do you know when...?

Question

Are there any signs to let a woman know when or if an egg is being implanted apart from implantation bleeding, not all women experience it and i ws just wondering seeing that i ovulated between the 9th to 14 of this month and my BF and i are trying to conceive. All i know is that i feel wet down there more often know but when i check there's nothing and no strange odor or anything. Guess it would also be to early for the morning sickness and all that other stuff. ]

Does anyone know the answer to this question or a site i can visit. Thank you guys.

I am wondering the same thing....I have been having cramps and dull backaches, bbs hurt mostly nipples (sorry tmi), headaches and tired i was fertile from the 13 - 18th and ovulation was supposed to happen on the 16th....Hope i was somewhat helpful..I think that cramps is a sign of implantation but not a for sure sign...

just keep doing pregnancy tests and if you think you arent pregnant try getting a ovualtion kit. i went to my local walmart and got a kit for 17 dollars and within a month i was pregnant. when i had been trying to et pregnant for almost a year before the kit. Im 7 mo pregnant now. and i know my advar is a by but me and my husband share an account and it was his account first so i let him keep the guy advar. anyways that little kit made the world of difference on knowing when the best time to do it was, and if you are pregnant already cool but the kit will just help you in getting pregnant faster if you are not pregnant. I think that the earliest pregnancy detection test is that first responds if that helps too i think its like 4 days after a missed period. but LOTS OF LUCK
