hi. someone explain to me that my cycle is 31 days.i have pcos since oct 2006.i was told to have s*x every other day.i dont quite get know whem am going to ovualte cus am using metformin and clomid.i have done my 2 cycle in this week.when will i be the most fertile.the nurse said i should know but i dont know.need help please.my last period was the 2 till the 4 aug.am going to progerstone test on the 26 to see if i have ovulated

buy an ovulation predictor kit and start using it on day 11 or 12 (count from Aug 2 - that's your CD1) - use it every day same time.  best wishes to you.

you can take your body temprature for 2months countinuesly and see that they that u have hyper temperature it maybe your ovoulting day, or you can ovulation kit and use it almost in the middle of ur cycle for 2-3 months to see if u r or not

having s*x 3 times a week helps .. not everyday cause it may lower mans sperm count. usually women with regular cycles ovulate 14th day of cycle .. so count first day of period as day 1. its better to have s*x before ovulation because sperm lives 3-5 days an egg only survives 24hours.
