  1. When setting up you need to be plugged in laptop to home-hub. I had this with BT.  Also disable your firewall.

  2. Have you tried restarting the router? That could help.

Also, are you connecting to the Home Hub network or the Fusion network (You may have it)? If you are using Fusion, you need to change to the Home Hub.

Delete the router from your preferred networks list, and then re-connect to your network. It may be that you did a capital "A" instead of a lowercase "a".

If you still have no luck, try phoning BT up!

  3. Cisco certification-http://ccietutorials.com/

  4. Please do not worry. I have also just started service with BT and they do state that for the 1st 7-10 days you will get limited connectivity. It should settle down after about 7 days but may take a day or 2 longer.

  5. GO TO MY NETWORK PLACES =>VIEW NETWORK CONNECTIONS => RIGHT CLICK ON THE LOCAL AREA CONNECTION => SELECT PROPERTIES => SELECT THE TAB ADVANCE => UNCHECK THE INTERNET CONNECTION FIREWALL => CLICK ON OK

    RESTART THE SYSTEM & CHECK

  6. u arent even connected.  are u sure u subscribed to an ISP ?

    are u paying for a service ?

if u are subscribed. i think ur homehub is not properly plugged into the socket . restart your computer maybe?
