  1. you'll hate it in a year

    seriously, wait till you're 18

then you don't have to convince them

  2. wait till u can go to a tattoo parlor with out permisson and get it at 16 u dont need a tattoo

  3. Wait till you're 18 so you don't have to ask.

  4. Heres the thing..it might look cool for a while but when you get older it would just look hidious! i starts to fade and it wouldn't look all that good. Its like drawing on yourself but it stays there! I think you shouldnt get one.

  5. Wait until you're an adult and can differentiate between there, they're and their.

  6. "its my life and you guys cant decide what to do for me! im 16 and i am becoming a young adult"

  7. Don't try to get a tattoo while you're a teenager, you'll end up regretting it.

A rose seems classy, but you will grow and change a lot.

Settle for an airbrush.  Those can last for like a week.

  8. your parents job is to get you started in life without letting you s***w yourself up too much before you get a good start.

listen to them they have seen more mistakes than you have.

  9. Wait until you're 18. You might regret it.

Also, if you do keep it, it'll look pretty grody when you get older. Like a dark reddish circle.

  10. Sorry I agree with them.

Anything permanent at your age is a bad idea. You may regret it later. Plus styles go in and out so quick that chances are you'll think the design will look dated before you've even graduated college.

Do you think they are trying to be mean or do they have your best interests in mind? Can't you just accept that maybe they've been around longer than you and have more experience and better insight?

They are just being good parents. I understand your frustration because I went through it myself but I'm so glad in hindsight that my parents gave me those boundaries.
