Trying to copy tape (NTSC) to DVD using a video player and DVD recorder ..?

When I turn on the DVD recorder I get a thick black line at the bottom that say's 'deluxe ' in it. Does anyone know why this is ? Will this appear on the copied disc ?

  1. You may take a look at this step by step guide, it will teach you how to convert and burn video to DVD to play on normal DVD player, it works pretty well for me.
