Trying to design delivery fee map

work at a pizza delivery place and we are trying to make the delivery fee fair to everyone in town. looking to pinpoint our business on a map and show what areas are within each mile radius to fix the fee accordingly. how could i go about this.

This would be a job for a Google maps mashup, which combines Google maps and other data.  You'll need a programmer to do this, so I'd recommend checking rent-a-coder or such for a web programmer with experience with Google's API.  Shouldn't be too difficult, so should be pretty cheap.  Attached see an example of how this could be started.
