Trying to download Netscape 7.1

Question

Went to Netsacpe home page, choose the 7.1 version to download. Went through the Network setup wizard custom option, then clicked ''install''. I am now getting a message that reads ''Too many network errors trying to download xpcom.xpi. Setup will now Pause. Please click resume to retry downoading files'' I clicked OK, then clicked Resume. The error msg keeps coming back. What can I do to install this program?
