Trying to eat healthier?

recently i became a stay at home mommy, and because of being home so much i havent been able to lose all my baby weight. Im trying to eat healther to lose weight and gain energy, cause coffee just isnt doing it for me anymore, and my little 6 month old needs my energy.

so any good healthy lunch and breakfast recipe ideas? thanks!

  1. I loove breakfast but i try to eat healthy so heres some things i love to eat.

    ~oatmeal (not instant). I use skim milk instead of water for protein and i love mixing peaches in it so i dont have to put sugar in it.  Also other fruits are good too.  ~Make an omelet with egg whites low fat cheese veggies and ham. ~At the store you can find whole wheat pancake mix.  Instead of using vegetable oil substitute it with applesauce to make it healthier.  Also cut back on the butter.  Try using the spray butter and sugerfree syrup and lots of fruit on top!
