I was adopted. Mixed race.. My biological Mothers name was Ann(deceased). My adopted Mothers name is Eula. He visited my adopted mother twice. Said he would come back and never did. She (adopted mom) still lives in the same place. I am assuming he wonders about me he said ,"I look like one of his daughters. If he reads this and doesn't care tell me. I am curious. I need to know. 1. the odds are probably more than a million to one that your father will see this. Kind of like standing in the middle of Times Square, NY and hoping he might bump into you.

You need a name.  I assume since he visited, that Eula should know what it is.  www.zabasearch.com is one of the best search engines I have seen, for living persons, although some info may be out of date.  You may also try checking the social security death index (free, click on searches at www.rootsweb.com), just in case.  If he is living, none of us can post personal info here on the board.. it is a violation.

We never can know what lost parents are feeling. Many of them have mixed feelings.. want to know, but sometimes think you might be better off, without the confusion. I hope it turns out as you hope.. you try, but always keep a bit of emotional protection.  If you do find him.. make the contact in such a way that it does not confront, and gives him choice. Not by phone, where a unknowing wife might pick it up.

I wish you luck.. you have to use some of the search tools that are out there.
