Trying to find a VW Scirocco?

My Dad's 55th Birthday is coming up. When I talk to him, he always tells me about his VW Scirocco he used to have when he was younger.

I decided for a birthday gift, I am going to get him one. I will spend up to $9,000 and will buy it from anywhere in the US. I tried searching cars.com, but could find nothing except one with no picture or anything. Can anyone find me one?

I was hoping to find an '84, but I can settle for anything.

I just found 4 of them on autotrader

None of them were an 84 though
