Now, i really want to visit where she is burried, but i can't find which cemetery. I have looked on the local newspaper websites, and so far have found nothing. Can anyone tell me where to find some information?

(I hope you don't mind, but I corrected some spelling errors.)

This site--http://www.worldvitalrecords.com/zsearch... 2 listings for her

with the above dates. The middle one shows a news clipping with her picture and a message from her Dad, plus a color picture of her underneath it.

The 3rd one lists the above with (my corrected here) spelling errors.

" Mom found guilty of killing daughter; insanity rejected: Keller: Defendant's marriage was failing as she suffocated child"  (in Dallas Morning News--Dallas, TX

    Publication Date: 28-JUL-06)

    Byline: Debra Dennis

Jul. 28--FORT WORTH -- Norma Jean Roberts sobbed and wailed throughout most of her four-day murder trial but looked ahead stoically after a jury found her guilty of murdering her daughter. The panel rejected the argument that the Keller woman was insane last August when she suffocated 11-year-old Kelsey Roberts at the home they shared in the 1900 block of Stallion Court. Jurors deliberated nearly three hours before their verdict. They'll return today to state District Judge Robert Gill's courtroom to determine punishment.

(All I can say is that I'm very sorry about your friend. She's in a much better place now. At the findagrave website, you can leave what they call "virtual flowers, stuffed toys, etc" for her and a message. )

Tarrant has some good people who help with finding things not online.  I've had help from them before.

I don't know if you have heard of this place before.. a memorial in Euless for victims of violence.  I would guess it would be another place who would be aware of Kelsey.

If you don't find the other.. send me a note through my email. I live in Dallas county.

  3. Her death certificate will tell you where she was buried. The county clerk at the courthouse in the county where she died will be able to look it up. Whether the clerk will give the information to you is another matter. Sometimes they don't, to deter the morbidly curious.

is a story about her mother's conviction for the murder. It has an e-mail address for a reporter at the DMN. She might know.

  4. Do you know the name of the funeral home that handled the arrangements?  It should be able to tell you.  Then, when I did a web search for cemeteries in Keller just now, I found only three listed, so even if you have to search them all, it shouln't take TOO long.
