Those should be easy to find at stores that sell out-of-date NASCAR attire and it should sell for a reduced price.

I have seen a lot of those on eBay, even now, and cheaper than they used to be since now everybody wants the new amp/national guard one. And I have bought a couple JeffHamilton chase jackets on eBay and they were great just check the seller's feedback and pay with paypal because they provide "buyer protection".

d**n man i dont know, my first thought was the nascar shop show they have on qvc or whatever it is, but then i thought, d**n, that wont work cuz they probly wont sell a bud jacket of jr's.  i know they still do the cars of bud, but i dont know about jackets, i guess try ebay, sry.
