Trying to find a guy in NZ in Napier!Please help!?

I'm looking for a bloke in Napier, Nz, as i said, but all i know is his name. So trying to maybe get hes email or something. What would be the best way to go about it! FYI i myself live on the other side of the world!

There is no online directory for email address.
