  1. Try www. HomeRentalexperts.com and sign up for the "House Hunter" program. Fill out the info sheet on the house your looking to rent and when one comes available - the system will send you an e-mail to let you know.  And it's free!

    Also try www.roommates.com

    These are great sites to network from.  You'll have to pay a little to join but you'll meet several people who have houses that they just want to rent out.  Some are looking for roommates and others are looking for renters.
