Trying to find a relative in Canada?

How do I go about this without cost?

I know where this person used to live

in Quebec, Villie St, Laurent

Is there any way to find the person on the electrol register

She may have moved also so im not sure what to do

I have the address of where she used to live about 15 years ago can I search that way?

The Salvation Army has a tracing system to help people catch up with family. They will not give you the person's address but they will help the person to get in touch with you if they so wish.

You need the person's name and City, but you might also be able to search the whole province.

you should check on facebooks.

i found someone i haven't seen in 10 years there.

i found him through his sister she had an facebook account.

so if you no of any one else who was close to the person that you are looking for look for them as well they might no what happened to them.
