Trying to find classes for High school?

I'm a freshman at high school and I went to pick up my schedule for this stupid orientation. And we're supposed to be able to find our classes, well my whole core area was locked. The girl said the rest of my classes are on the first floor. Well our area has 3 floors and you enter on the 2nd floor. Does she mean that as the first or the one on the bottom?

i think they're on the bottom

but if you go to school wednesday, go to your hs and look around for the room numbers. i did that last year, and i knew where everything was.
