Trying to find info on the names Lebin (Levine) from Prussia & Goodman from Ireland 1840-1850?

Question

I am researching my ancesters and have found in 1851 two appear Living in Mitre Street London 1- Isaac Lebin (Levine) from Prussia and 2 - James Goodman Ireland. Both are listed as Travelers. Can anyone shed any light on their possible history as to why and how they arrived here in London at that time, seemingly on their own and residing at the same address.

Any help, advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
