Trying to find my grandmother's birth parents.?

My grandmother asked me if I could find out who her birth parents were online. She was adopted at birth, and adopted again later in life. How would I find this out, if I could. Both adopted parents are dead. Would there be any hospital records or something I could find to look in to it for her?

Do a search to see how to get grandma's birth cert. in your state. it will have her birth parents names on it.
