Idont know what it is but mousetrap does not bounce on a drum. it doesnt go up a tower...a ball starts up there and then fall through a hole onto a teeter totter and launches a plastic man into a bathtub....could you be thinking of Round and Round?

It was called "Cascade" and was apparently put out by MatchBox back in 1972...
