Trying to find out about a company called IBC,(International Bonded Couries located in Middlesex, England?

Is there such a thing as UK National Lottery and if there is how does it work. Do they draw names from around thr world? I have been told I won this lottery and they want me to pay for shipping my package but until I find out about this I won't give them a dime. Anyone knowing anything about this please let me know

You can only win the UK National Lottery if you bought a ticket.  They don't contact you to tell you if you won because they don't know the names of the people who bought tickets.

This is a SCAM.  If it was legit, they would pay to transfer your prize money to you.

Don't reply or they will know that the e-mail address exists and you will get even more spam.

IT IS PROBABLY A SCAM THEY ARE HAVING ALOT OF LOTTERY SCAMS IF YOU DIDN'T ENTER INTO A LOTTERY THEN I WOULD NOT SEND THEM A DIME JUST BECAUSE IBC IS A REAL COMPANY IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS TRUE IF YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER CALL IT IF YOU WON SOMETHING YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING
