Trying to find out how old and the value for a Michigan State Erving Johnson Hardwood Classic Jersey?

I found a green Michigan State Erving Johnson jersey. I can't find any like it when I try searching for it. It is a Hardwood Classics by Mitchell & Ness from Philadelphia and has a panel that is embroidered with his name, Michigan Spartans and the years 1976-1979. All of the letters on it are stitched on. Can anyone tell me when this was sold and an approximate value if I tried to sell it?
