Trying to find out who lived at an address in 1973?

The address is 1151 Autumnhaze Ct, Fairfax County, Herndon, Virginia. I can't find any info about the house.

there is a difference between WHO LIVED and WHO OWNED.

There is no sure way to find out who occupied the bldg but the

county keeps ownership records....as do TITLE AND ESCROW

COMPANIES.  SEEk

a CHAIN OF TITLE.
