Trying to find the name of a UK documentary on animal cruelty?

Question

I'm just trying to find the name of a UK documentary that is probably about 12 years old. It was something like panorama or dispatches. It was basically about animal cruelty and featured things like dog fighting and a village in spain which celebrates humans' dominance over animals by beating them to death etc.

It's obviously quite an upsetting one. If anyone knows the name of it, or even which documentary series (like panorama) it was on, I'd appreciate it.
