  1. Kind of need more info for a coherent answer, was she sunk, captured/abandoned or still on patrol?

    Never mind, I googled the info. This link gives the history of the ship. http://www.mrfa.org/lst_1166.htm

    She was deactivated and struck from the Navy rolls (retired) on 30 August, 1973 at Yokozuka, Japan.

    By the way, she used to patrol the river I now live on.
