Trying to gain weight!?

Haha. Ok. So usually people ask how to lose weight. But I am trying to gain it. Basically, I am trying to gain the weight because my doctor keeps annoying me about my constant weight loss. I will gain the weight then lose it in a matter of a week or so. Which is really confusing but whatever.

Any suggestions on how to gain weight and keep it on!?

  1. You should consider yourself lucky to be able to lose weight so easily ;)

    My guess is that you're either really active, you aren't consuming enough calories or you simply have fast metabolism which isn't rare. If it's the latter then you will definitely struggle to gain weight, although if it's the foremost two then it's a fairly simple process.

        If you are active you should continue doing so and just increase the amount of food you eat. I'd recommend eating plenty of carbohydrates, foods such as pasta will be the best for you. Also Bread contains a lot of calories so feel free to go crazy with sandwiches/toast :D

Very simple.  Calculate how many calories you are eating now and times that number by about 2.5.  Stay away from fatty foods like pizza, burgers, fried food, etc.  You can still gain weight by eating healthy but you must consume more of it.  Also you can go to GNC and buy a weight gainer or a high calorie protein powder.  Continue to excerise because you still want to be healthy.  Just dont go to Mc. D's and do it!!

  3. protein bars, and drinks. like boost energy drinks and stuff. my brother drank those to gain some weight for wresting. or like hih prostein bars like Worldwide Sport Nutrition Pure Protein High Protein. idk eat lots haigh cal foods, but not unhealty candy and stuff, if you want to gain weight without looking pudgy, thats the way to go

  4. Eat what you normally eat just eat more of it. Don't make yourself sick trying to stuff it. Gradual weight gain puts less strain on your bodyloss, and honestly its easier to maintan that higher weight which is what I suspect your doctor is after. Trust the doctors they went to decades of school to know what you should weigh to be healthy.  

  5. get pregnant.

  6. bake alot of cookies....eat them, then sleep right away. or eat 30 min before you go to bed

  7. Eat alot, but do not eat so much that you get to  a certain stage called obeisty.
