Trying to get an apartment at 750 a month gross income 2000 a month and 550 credit score..will i get accept?

  1. Apartment complexes have their own rules and that varies from one place to another.  The reason they pull your credit is to see if you are a dead beat or not.  They want to know if you generally pay your bills.  So if you have a bunch of charge offs, repos, and bankruptcy on there, then they won't like you.  If you have limited credit, and hence the low score, then that's not so bad.  Also the average credit score differs in different parts of the country, so it depends where you live as to what is considered acceptable.


  2. Your credit score is weak, but you're income isn't too shabby. If the landlord is a stickler for credit.....you're SOL. If they just want to know you can pay...you're good to go. Just give it a whirl.
