  1. Hi Randy,

Is $2000 a month before Tax or After Tax?

If $2000 is total earning before tax, then you will need a co-signer. Meaning $2000 minus 33% Tax. leaving you with $1340 dollars...so, lets say you do get the apt for $750 amonth leaving you with $590 dollars. With $590 dollars left, you have to pay vihical insurance, credit bills, spending habits, and personal neccessity. Laving you with $100-$200 every 2 weeks to spend. I doubt you will get approve.

Turn it around......After tax's and all the goodies that is taken from your check..u walk home with $2000. Assuming you make $2660 per pay check. Yes you should quailified for the apartment no doubt about it. If that is a problem, revise your credit by requesting a credit report and see what is the cause of the denied application for a apartment. It is possible that line of credit you have may not be accepted cause it is still a young one. Build up your credit or get a co-signer for the appartment, for sure that will increase you odd's.

Hint: no one can denied  you of living. Ask them why when you are denied...proof on paper marks your death. If false, it is a law suit.

    Good luck....
