Trying to get my license back?

Question

Dropped by the dmv of nh and the customer service lady at the desk gave me a frustrating hard time. She told me I had to sign over my driving privileges in order to obtain a plastic copy, for a non-drivers I.D. But the thing is they( the dmv) would not give me another copy of my license because I had already got 6 extra copies for negligent stupidity. I had to go to concord. I live Manchester N.H.& no car to get up to the destination point of Concord. Question is, is there a time limit I have to wait before I can go north and try & get my license back without having to dip in my money and re-test, spending money that I don't have. Thanks

If you are this negligent, I hope they don't give you your license back. You would be a menace on the road.
