Over the last year iv had an on/off relationship with a girl, she was the first relationship iv ever had and i was mad about her. But recently she has been messing with my head, one day saying we shouldnt get into anything serious then the next day telling me she loved me and wants to be together. I know I shouldnt put up with this so I decided to tell her i cant see her anymore because my feelings are clearly different from hers. I deleted her from my phone and Instant Messenger and its only been a week but iv never felt so low in my life. Im ok when im at home with my friends or if i go out but when Im at work i cant stop thinking ablout her and i cant concentrate. I just spend 9-5 thinking about it. What can I do to take my mind off her when im on my own at work???

  1. There is no way to completely take her off your mind!.

Just get on with your life, and think positively!

It took me ages to get over someone. And I felt like c**p all the time.

Put on some horrible rap or crappy hip hop music and sing. That helps me forget about everything, and laugh at the crappy music at the same time.

    xD

  2. This is totally normal, I find the way to get over a person that is no longer in your life is to try to focus more on bettering yourself.  Start a new hobby, or a new exercise routine, or get more invovled in your family, call them, arrange a get together, anything to distract you from this other person.....it's like giving up your morning coffee, you are going to have withdrawal symptoms....good luck, and know that in time it will get better, just have the strength to give it time!
