Trying to get pregnant. Could I be?

These can be annoying, I know! But I have taken 6 pregnancy tests. The first one was positive(digital) and the last 5 were negative. I even went to the doctors and got a urine test, but it came back negative. I heard that even the tests at the doctors aren't as good or are "just" as good as the HPT's. I might not be very far along either. But since at least one of the tests said Positive, it picked up my hcg hormone, so am I most likely pregnant? I know theres more false negatives, and false positives are rare. I'm getting a blood test done next week just to confirm it either way. Could I be pregnant? Thank you for your comments :)

I am also very irregular, but when I got pregnant(conceived on May 9, 2008)I missed my period twice I think. Missing your period is a sure sign your pregnant. I really had no other symptoms. Anyways, tests are very inaccurate. The only sure fire way to find out is a blood test. Especially, if you are only a week or two pregnant.

take a blood test ... i had 20 urine tests that came back Neg and i was 7 weeks pregnant ... I had a blood test and in 20 mins it came back positive ...

Normally any + results is a definite pregnancy. And also, digital tests tend to be less sensitive than the 'line' tests, which means you have to be 'more pregnant' to get a + digital result. In other words, your results are very confusing!!! First, be sure to get another test and use FMU first thing tomorrow morning. Second, bear in mind it could be a chemical pregnancy which means you were pregnant for a short time but it wasn't viable. That's the bad news. The good news is that most + turn out to be .... babies! Good luck :)
