  1. You can do all the crunches in the world and pump your abs up like mad, but you still won't be able to see them if you don't burn fat. To burn fat, do cardio and eat healthy.

  2. There are two things for six pack:

Low body fat and How much your muscles "pop out"

You can have the most toned abs in the world, but as long as there's fat covering them then they wont show.

Try v-ups, they work great for your upper and lower abs.

Lay on the floor and raise your legs upwards as well as your upper body, leaving your lower back and bum on the floor. do it slowly, about 2-3 secons from when you leave to when you come donw.

For a six pack youll need early teens or single digit body fat. Search online to calculate your body fat.

Good luck its hard I know Ive been trying for soooo long but im just about there.

Lose fat to expose them, and at the same time do exercises to build them up.

  3. ok.. so do you have a fast metabolism? If you dont.

Drink 8 ounces of water in the morning before you eat. I have herd this increases metabolism..which helps you lose more weight if you want too.

    So

    The Abs..

Sit ups are good.. but you could do more intense situps.. get weights that you put on the bars. like bench press weights.. and start out with a light weight.. and put it on your chest.. cross your arms and hold it and do sit ups at the same time. That should work out well..

Also you can do this inclined with your feet slightly elevated.. on a board of some sort.. that should work too.

I encourage running.. it keeps you in shape..

    I hope this helps

    Thanks

  4. go to a park near by and hold your self up on the monkey bars. as you hold yourself on, bring your knees up towards your chest. do this as much as you can and as often as you can and you should see results very soon. and i would do crunches if i were you, not sit ups
