Trying to hook-up a Kenwood Head Unit!? plz help!!!!?

Question

Its a Kenwood KDC-MP208 head unit, trying to hook it up but in the wiring harness there is a power cable called P. Cont, in the wiring diagram it says to hook it to the power control terminal or the antenna control terminal .

Wat r these????? where are they located or wat they look like??

you need to buy a wiring harness that is made for your car. also go buy an antenna fitter it sizes the plug to fit the connection.

The Power Control wire should be connected to:

-The wire that activates your vehicle's power antenna

-The wire that activates your vehicle's factory amplifier

-The remote terminal on your after-market amplifier.

If you don't have a power antenna, a factory amp, or an after-market amp, then you don't have to connect this wire to anything.

Note that if your vehicle has an in-glass antenna, you probably will need to connect the power antenna wire to activate a built-in antenna amplifier.
