It's likely that you'll need to call the maker of the cd player. In your manuals for it there should be a tech support number.

It's a code that came with the radio, or with the car.

Did you buy it used? If so, and the previous owner doesn't know it, you are hosed.

THE CODE SHOULD HAVE COME WITH THE PLAYER IF NEW IT WILL BE IN THE BOX, READ THE BOOK.

IF YOU GOT THE PLAYER FROM A FRIEND OR RELATIVE ASK THEM.

IF YOU BOUGHT IT, CHECK ON CASING BEFORE FITTING, IS THERE A 4 DIGIT NUMBER HAND WRITTEN ON LABEL OR CASING? IF NOT ASK WHO YOU BOUGHT IT FROM FOR THE CODE.

IF ALL ELSE FAILS RE-POST THIS QUESTION WITH MAKE AND MODEL OF PLAYER AND SERIAL NUMBER.

AND INCLUDE MAKE OF ORIGINAL CAR IF KNOWN

the code is on ur owners manual
