To "Rychy" a friend of mine with home training was able to win two fights in a single night. He knocked out the guy in the first fight within 40 something seconds. Took him about 2 minutes in the second fight. My friend seems to have a bit more stamina than I do, and a bit more quicker. He's also a slimmer guy. I tend to be up with speed but not so quick, my strength is over powering, but my stamina is no where up to date because of my asthma. Not all cage fights can be deadly. Keep in mind you fight against your weight class in cage fights and etc. So it won't be so bad. I've seen brutal knock outs in the MMA..never heard of a death though.

  1. seems like you know what your getting into

  2. Not fighting would be best for your health.

  3. seems like you're doing something great.

but are you a member of a fight/boxing club or at least you belong to a gym? you didn't mention it in your question.

do you work-out alone and do this thing at home?

point of my question is, you should at least sign-uo for a gym or a club and start from there. really

  4. I can only strongly recommend not to do this. The risk of getting to the "wrong" opponent doesn't weigh out the potential benefits. In cage fights you risk your health and in extreme (but possible) cases your life (for the fun of it ?!?).

Either get MMA lessons or stay away from cage fights.
