Trying to locate my husband aunt who lived in Perth Scottland her name is Virginia Panting Oconner?

my father-law said he had a sister who lives in Perth but he last contact with her many years ago and would like to find her now if any one knows anything about her please let her now her brother is trying to contact her

Try locating her through http://www.192.com - this lists electoral roll and telephone directories.

However you will have to work out the correct spelling of her name - which i suspect will be O'Connor, rather than oconner.

Otherwise try getting a private detective to locate her.  They tend to be cheap enough.
