I am trying to locate what state my half brother was adopted in.

Thats hard to help answer with such little info.

Google is a life saver, but depending on his age when he was adopted his name may be different.

Also depending on his age now you may be able to pay like $20 and do a people find.

But for now google his name and bday and see what comes up....the sites will direct you many different places for other options.
