Question:

Trying to lose sum weight...

Im not really fat but I wanna lose weight cus im workin on my 6 pack..

I do crunches sit ups etc all tha time or at least every other day...

I start school this monday 11th & I walk to & from school which is about 10 blocks away from my home..

If I walk to & from school everyday could I lose tha extra weight??

I will also be watching what I eat and I know about not starving myself so I dont need diet tips.

Also how long will it take?? Estimating helps!

The general rule on loosing weight is eat less and exercise more, eat little meals but frequently during the day, loads of fruit and veg, drink water instead of fizzy drinks because they have loads of calories, but remember your body needs fuel to burn fuel. How old are you? although exercise is good for getting fit i would not advise strenuous exercise if you are still growing. how about cycling to school, you use different muscle groups when cycling than when walking, also swimming is great because of the resistance when you are in the water. good luck with your weight loss.

    you should keep some of the weight on your stomach so it can firm and turn into muscle.

    you could also eat healthier food so that you don't have to walk as much
