Im not really fat but I wanna lose weight cus im workin on my 6 pack..I do crunches sit ups etc all tha time or at least every other day...I start school this monday 11th & I walk to & from school which is about 10 blocks away from my home..If I walk to & from school everyday could I lose tha extra weight??I will also be watching what I eat and I know about not starving myself so I dont need diet tips.Also how long will it take?? Estimating helps!
